Students Selected for Sanofi Corporate Mentor Program
Ten students have been selected for this year’s Sanofi Corporate Mentor Program at Raritan Valley Community College. The highly selective program, now in its sixth year, provides opportunities for RVCC students to participate in the Sanofi Mentee Academy and in Mentor/Mentee meetings to promote personal and professional growth. “Mentees” in the Sanofi Mentee Academy work on goal setting, learn networking skills, practice their elevator pitch, connect their major to a career, learn how to navigate a career fair, and participate in Sanofi networking sessions.
The program also provides an opportunity for the selected Mentees to participate in networking sessions and job shadowing at the Sanofi location. To date, over a dozen students have been offered internships and one student now works fulltime at Sanofi.
Students who successfully meet all of the Mentor Program’s requirements receive a $1,500 scholarship.
