Youth Computer Classes to be Offered at RVCC

Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) is offering youth computer classes in March for students ages 8-15. The following programs will be offered at the College’s Branchburg campus:

Keyboarding – Students ages 8-14 perfect their touch-keyboarding skills and learn the fundamentals of word processing. The class will be held Saturdays, March 3-24, from 11:15 a.m-12:45 p.m. The fee is $79.

Fun with Photoshop – Students ages 11-15 are taught the fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop while they work on youth-oriented projects. The class will be held Saturdays, March 3-24, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The fee is $79.

Drone Adventures – Students ages 8-14 learn how to fly and drive drone robots. Working in teams, students are able to code their drone to compete in missions. The class will be held Saturdays, March 3 and March 10, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The fee is $160.

Python Programmers: Make Your Own Multiplayer Game – Students ages 11-14 learn how to code with Python and create their first multi-player adventure game. The class will be held Saturdays, March 17 and March 24, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The fee is $160.
