Sex discrimination violates an individual’s fundamental rights and personal dignity. Raritan Valley Community College considers sex discrimination in all of its forms to be a serious offense. This policy refers to all forms of sex discrimination committed against students, including but not limited to: unfair treatment based on sex, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual misconduct, and sexual violence by other students, employees, or third parties.
