Stars Shine at RVCC

NJ STARS is a scholarship program that rewards New Jersey’s best and brightest high school graduates with full scholarships to attend their local community college.

The scholarship covers the cost of tuition at New Jersey's 19 community colleges. To be eligible you must:

  • Rank in the top 15 percent of your high school class at the end of either your junior or senior year
  • Complete a rigorous series of high school courses
  • Take a minimum of 12 and maximum of 18 college credits each semester

Note: Students have five semesters of eligibility for NJ STARS.
