Tears, cheers at Raritan Valley Community College 2017 graduation

Kristine Bulava came to America from Latvia to work as an au pair. She worked hard and pursued an education and, on Saturday, the Basking Ridge resident delivered the opening speech to her classmates at the 2017 Raritan Valley Community College graduation.
