What are Your Financial Aid Options?

RVCC’s Financial Aid Advisors can tailor a funding package to meet your needs. Below are some key options:

  • Free Tuition Program

RVCC participates in the New Jersey Community College Opportunity Grant Program, which offers free community college to qualified students. Eligible students will receive free tuition and most educational fees for up to 18 credits a semester. The Opportunity Grant will pay for all tuition and educational fee costs not covered by state, federal, institutional or community grants or scholarships.

  • Scholarships

The RVCC Foundation awards more than $300,000 in scholarships annually thanks to generous donations. Recipients can use their scholarships to help with the cost of tuition, fees, and books. Scholarships are awarded to students based on financial need and academic merit. Scholarship opportunities are available for students who are pursuing particular areas of study such as Nursing or STEM as well as skilled athletes and dedicated volunteers. Special scholarships are available for incoming freshman students. Do you plan to transfer to a university after graduation? Your future school just may offer scholarships for RVCC graduates.
